The service
CallForge provides an AI phone receptionist for local service businesses: answering calls, booking appointments, and syncing bookings to the business's CRM.
SMS program
When an appointment is booked through a CallForge-powered phone call, the customer's phone number receives one text message confirming the appointment. If the business assigns a technician to the job, that technician (added to the system by their employer) receives one text message with the job details. These are transactional, one-time-per-event messages — not a recurring marketing program.
- Message frequency: Varies — one message per booking, one per job assignment.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business you called.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful robocalling, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose that violates applicable telecom or consumer-protection law.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
